The new way to define ball bearings:

Wire race bearing

Lighter. More space-saving. More flexible.
Modern technology demands intelligent solutions - also in bearing technology. Wire race bearings set new standards by reducing weight, optimizing installation space and making designs more flexible. A technology that opens up new possibilities and redefines efficiency.

Welcome to the world of wire race bearings.

The difference

The biggest difference between a classic ball bearing and an innovative wire race bearing lies in the design of the races. While ball bearings are based on solid housing rings, the rolling elements in wire race bearings roll on specially arranged wires.

The four running wires of the wire race bearing, which are inserted directly into the surrounding construction, are clearly visible.

The rolling elements run on these rings and absorb all loads.

Constructive freedom

Wire race bearings consist of heavy-duty wire raceways. This design not only enables efficient and space-saving bearings, but also saves weight and offers maximum flexibility in the choice of material and design. This allows lighter, more compact and more efficient products to be realized - ideal for applications where every saving in weight and installation space counts.

With a wire race bearing, you acquire the pure function of a rolling bearing. And thus have more room for your ideas.
